Draft for business review. The website does not take payments, so there is no checkout to refund. This page explains what the site does show (campaign rewards, fee wording) and marks with TODO every commercial term that only the business owner can define. Do not publish it as final until the TODOs are resolved and it has been legally reviewed.
1. No online payments
You cannot pay, and Vively does not charge, anything through vivelyglobal.com. There is no card form, subscription or wallet. Money changes hands only under separate written agreements between Vively and brands, or between brands and creators, as described below.
2. Creators: rewards
- Each campaign page shows a Budget / Reward line set by the brand. It may be a product or service (for example a free treatment, a meal or a stay), a payment, or a combination. Where a range is shown (e.g. ₩200,000 – ₩400,000) the final amount depends on the brand's selection and the deliverables agreed.
- The reward is offered by the brand. Vively lists it as provided by the brand and does not independently verify its value. Confirm the exact reward, deliverables and deadline with the brand or Vively before you commit.
- TODO (business): Who pays cash rewards to creators — the brand directly, or Vively on the brand's behalf? Within how many days after content is posted? Are taxes withheld (e.g. 3.3% for Korean residents) and is the creator responsible for declaring income?
- TODO (business): What happens to the reward if content is delivered late, does not follow the brief, or is not delivered at all.
3. Withdrawing an application
- You can withdraw a pending application at any time from My Page → My applications. The spot is released and the brand no longer sees your application as active.
- TODO (business): Rules for withdrawing after approval — notice required, whether it affects future applications, and what happens to any product already shipped or service already booked.
4. Brands: service fees
- Creating a brand account and submitting campaigns for review is free. Vively's service fees (for example for the "UGC seeding" packages described on the For Brand page, where the creator cost is stated as ₩0 and only a service fee applies) are quoted individually after an inquiry and agreed in writing before any work starts.
- The website does not display fee amounts because they depend on campaign scope. TODO (business): add a price list or "from" pricing if you want it public, and state whether quoted fees include VAT.
- TODO (business): Invoicing schedule (deposit / on completion), payment terms (e.g. net 14 days), late-payment terms.
- TODO (business): Refund rules — e.g. full refund if Vively cannot recruit the agreed number of creators; no refund once creators have been briefed / content produced; partial refunds pro rata.
5. Campaign changes & cancellation
- Vively may edit, decline or unpublish a submitted campaign during review or if it later turns out to be inaccurate or unlawful; the brand is told why.
- TODO (business): Can a brand cancel a published campaign? Until when? What is owed to creators already selected, and what is owed to Vively?
- TODO (business): If Vively cancels a campaign for reasons not caused by the brand, what is refunded or re-credited.
6. Questions
Creators and brands can contact vivelyglobal@gmail.com about any reward, fee or cancellation question. Business details are listed in the Privacy Policy.
